NCAB’s goal is to create added value for you as a customer. We will make sure that we always deliver the right product at the right time and for the right price. We achieve this by working closely with both our customers and our production partners.

We will always find and eliminate all types of problems before they arise:

• We carry out continuous evaluation of customer satisfaction. The information collected is used to plan activities to improve our processes.
• Through our management system we assess, adapt and develop continuously all work carried out by NCAB.
  
  

Environmental Policy

Environmental policy defines NCABs approach to:             

• Continual improvements of the global environment.
• Protection of human rights.

We carry out the following work:

• We assess, check and evaluate our production partners to ensure ourselves that they consistently work to improve environmental standards that comply with regional laws and to protect human rights.
• We always take environmental questions into account when we choose new production and shipping partners.
• We offer seminars to improve our customers’ knowledge about new directives and help them to select the right material for a specific solution.
