NCAB has launched "NCAB Seamless Production" which decreases costs related to PCB production.  

In the PCB business it is very common that customers order prototypes from a local manufacturer or a different supplier than the one producing the volume. This creates very high costs for our customers.  

To minimise these mistakes and minimise the costs have devloped a way of working called NCAB Seamless production.

This way of working is based on that we in a prototype stage optimise the design for volume production together with OEM-, ODM and EMS. We then store the information in our global database throughout the entire process.  The reason we can do this is due to our long experience of volume production. The challenge has been to improve our prototype production. We have also developed an internal system for control and follow-up of deliveries.  

To produce samples is very important to verify the customers processes. we have agreements with all our volume factories. 

To support our customers through the entire PCB lifecycle we have 20 technicians with long experience from PCB production. They all give advice on how boards shall be designed and manufactured to the lowest cost.  
 
For prototype production we have today five factories specialised in quick turnaround boards. We have 10 factories for volume production, both simple boards and advanced boards with micro vias. 

If we work in this way we will save millions together with our customers. No one except perhaps local prototype factories will benefit from not working according to NCAB Seamless production!
